You will receive a confirmation Email if there are available spots for the tour. Even if the tour is full, we will provide you with other recommendations and options.

Before coming to Palau
Please prepare your swim suits, sunscreens, sunglasses, and enough US dollar cash or travelers checks to pay the tour fee and the permits. Please note that there are no places to exchange money at the airport or in town in Palau. It is recommended to prepare everything before you arrive.
The day before the tour
Please check your pick up time and things you need to bring for the tour. Take plenty of rest and we will see you the next day!
The day of the tour
Please wait in the lobby area around your pick up time. For those who are joining the ocean tours, please borrow a beach towel at the front desk.
Pick up & payment
Please inform our staffs with your name and the tour you are joining. You will pay before the tour starts. Once we have all the participants, we will head to the starting point of the tour, which is either Palau Royal Resort or the RITC office. Please note that we may make several stops to pick up all customers.

Our staff will call your name when the tour is ready to depart. Enjoy and have fun!
