*If you have not purchased jellyfish lake permits, please purchase the permit.
“Jellyfish Lake Permit” $100/person (6 years of age and above/ valid for 5 days)
(Permit fee is not included in the tour fee)
About Payments:
Payment can be made in US dollars or by credit card (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / Diners Club).
Please note that permit fees must be paid in cash. Credit cards are not accepted for permit fees.
Meeting Place:
*Please meet in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
*Pick-up times are approximate and may vary depending on the hotel.
*Pick-up may be delayed due to traffic, road conditions, local events, or other circumstances on the day of the tour.

*If it’s a slight rain, or weather expected to clear up, we will continue the tour.

*We may cancel the tour on the day of due to bad weather.
*The UV in Palau is known to be 7 times stronger than in Japan so please come prepared with sunscreen.
*Please pay the tour fee on the day of.
*If you need a permit, please purchase them separately from the tour fee, using either cash or travelers check only.
*Please avoid bringing valuables, such as money (aside from tour fee) and passport to the tour.
For cancelation:
*Rescheduling or cancellation after 5:00 PM on the day before the tour: 100% of the tour fee
*If RITC has already issued a permit at the time of rescheduling or cancellation, the cost of the issued permit will be charged separately in addition to the tour fee.
